Topic 4: chapter 20 & 21

Picture
Due Wednesday, October 22
Response to Digital Revolution Blog Post

Due Friday, November 7
Considering all that we have learned in Chapter 20 and 21, which describe the changes in society in the years during and after the Industrial Revolution, in essay form, please explain the significance of each topic in each section, and how the interconnectivity of each relates to the Gilded Age.
(e.g. Bessemer Process led to Carnegie led to monopolies and trusts led to assembly line led to mass production led to need for workers led to exploitative labor led to immigration etc, etc.)
Use the class themes as a guide to the ways in which each of the parts of the chapter make sense as a whole.

Do as much as you can tonight, and we will continue working on it and discussing it in class tomorrow.
